Symptoms

This issue occurs on a source instance, and target instance

The Problem is that CONFIGURATOR DEVELOPER APPEARS EMPTY AFTER MIGRATION

After completing the migration process from a source instance to a target
instance, the Repository and Item Master in Oracle Configurator Developer
appear to be empty in the target instance. All concurrent programs related to
the migration have completed without error, and all the data appears to be in
the CZ tables in the target instance.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1) Run 'Check All Models/BOMs Similarity' in source, against target instance,
completes with no errors.
2) Run 'Setup Configurator Data Migration' in target, against source instance,
completes with no errors.
3) Run 'Run Configuration Data Migration', completes with no errors.
4) Disable import for local server in target instance.
5) Enable import for remote source server in target instance.
6) Run 'Synchronize All Models', completes with no errors.
7) Disable import for remote source server in target instance.
8) Enable import for local server in target instance.
9) Run 'Synchronize All Models', completes with no errors.
10) Open Configurator Developer, no data appears through the front-end.
