How To Reset The Workflow Administrator (Doc ID 413711.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Test:
The Workflow system administrator is assigned to Workflow Administrator Web (New):Any security group and cannot be updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to assign the Workflow system administrator as needed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on with account with Workflow Administrator privileges. Select the
2. Administration tab, change the Workflow Administrator privilege to "Workflow
3. Administrator Web (New):Any security group". Click Apply.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Workflow Administrator functionality.
