It is possible to transact inventory to and from a Stock Locator even though it has been end-dated (inactivated).

Expected is that no inventory transactions to be performed on a Location as long as Stock Locator has been end-dated (inactivated).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Resp.: OPM Inventory Control
Nav.: Setup -> Stock Locator
Find the appropriate stock locator XX
1) End-date the stock locator XX (today or earlier)
Nav.: Adjustments -> Create Immediate
2) Create inventory balance on Location XX
Check that the stock has been created on the Location.
=> This is done without errors.
