Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
you can use the <Note 363298.1> in order to create "read-only" user accounts. This works fine but has been discovered one situation where the read-only aspect is bypassed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to get a complete READ:ONLY form, without exception

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Some forms allow to update a field
  2. Save function isn't allowed, hence the change cannot be done
  3. But if close the form (via top right corner 'X'), the message "do you want to save your changes?" is showed
  4. If answered YES, the changes are saved
