This problem can occur on any platform.
the user is able to access the notification for approval which has routed to the approver, and approve their own expense report.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee submits an expense report.
2. Employee accesses the Notifications From Me section on the Expenses Home page
3. Employee opens the notification for approval for the expense report from step 1.
4. Employee chooses the approve button to approve their own expense report.
