When attempting to view an employee's Statement of Earnings (SOE) the following errors occur on the form.
ORA-20101: Error in pay_us_soe_balances_pkg.populate_local_balance - ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

FRM-40735: KEY-EXEQRY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20101
