On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
AuditTrail Update Tables completes with error :
DELETE FROM FND_AUDIT_TABLES WHERE STATE = 'X'
ORA-04098: trigger '<SCHEMA>.FND_AUDIT_TABLES_AD' is invalid and failed re-validation
