Symptoms
When try to open the EFT System Formats form (JGZZFEFT) the following error message is returned:
FRM-40031: File /apps/tnsdev2/applbin/tnsdev2appl/jg/11.5.0/forms/US/ JGZZFEFT.fmx is not a Forms Runtime file
