Incorrect "Ultimate Ship To" Address in Shipping Transactions Form

FORM:WSHFSTRX.FMB - Shipping Transactions Form
On 11.5.10 in Production:
You find that the 'Ultimate Ship to' attribute/address is not reflecting changes made to the Customer address. The correct address is, however, being displayed in the Sales Order/Line forms. This is only noticed on a couple of customers so far.
### Workaround ###
Change the address by hand on any forms like Bill of Lading.
Expect the amended/changed address to be reflected in the Shipping Transaction Form
and associate reports eg. Bill of Lading.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place a sales order for this customer
2. Start doing the shipping transaction to get a delivery number,
3. Then check the delivery address that shows on the transaction form.
4. Can also print an open delivery report and that shows the incorrect address also
