Quantities On Availability Window Should Be Same As Per UOM In Sales Order Line (Doc ID 415339.1)

When entering a sales order line in UOM other than the primary unit of measure, the Availability window displays the quantities in the primary unit of measure not in the UOM ordered.

Applied <Patch 5137290> per <Note:389612.1> but the issue is not resolved.

Expect the Availability window to show Availability in the UOM ordered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Order Management > Orders, Returns> Sales Orders > Availability.
