Quantities On Availability Window Should Be Same As Per UOM In Sales Order Line

Symptoms
When entering a sales order line in UOM other than the primary unit of measure, the Availability window displays the quantities in the primary unit of measure not in the UOM ordered.
Applied <Patch 5137290> but the issue is not resolved.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Availability window to show Availability in the UOM ordered.
