How Can We Setup Taxes To Default Based On The Location? (Doc ID 415500.1)

Goal

Is it possible to default the tax code in an Internet Expense report based on the location where the expense was incurred ?  For example the expense template contains common expenditure types like Airfare, Meals, Entertainment, etc and if some of these expenses are incurred in certain provinces (locations) then the tax code should be included during the calculation for tax reporting purposes.
