Question 1:

When creating a Service Request using Option 'Use existing Service Identifier':
The Search Key defaults to 'Customer Number'.
Is there a way to change it to default to 'Customer Account' or 'Customer Name'?

Question 2:

How to set the default value of the Search Key at the top of the home page to Customer Account?
