"Suggested Overall Rating" Is Blank on Give Final Ratings: Main Appraiser Page When Main Appraiser Clicks on Give Final Ratings Button (Doc ID 415859.1)

Symptoms


When main appraiser clicks on Five Final Ratings button from Main Appraiser Review page, no value is displayed on Suggested Overall Rating field from Give Final Ratings: Main Appraiser page.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Using HRMS Manager responsibility.

2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Basic > Write Formulas form.

3. Create a fast formula of type "Appraisal Objective Line Score".

4. Using HR Professional responsibility.

5. Navigate to Manage Objective Templates page.

6. Create an Objective template with the following information:
         Global.
         Rating Scale Type : Fast Formula based Line Scoring.
         Performance Scale : Yours custom performance scale.
         Total Score : The fastformula just created in 3.

7. Navigate to Manage Appraisal Templates page.
 
8. Create an Appraisal template with the following information :
         Global.
         One Final Rating Scale.
         Appraisal Total Score Formula : the seeded one : SUM_COMP_AND_OBJ.
         Check Assess Objectives.
         Objectives template : Select the template created in 6.

9. Create an appraisal within objectives.

10. Rate Objectives so you will have a score for each one.

11. Go to the Give Final Ratings Page.

12. See the Suggested Overall Rating field is Blank.
