Symptoms
When entering a standard invoice in the Invoice Workbench, the Globalizations Descriptive Flexfield '( )' normally opens and the tax date can be entered. However, when entering a prepayment, the Globalizations Descriptive Flexfield does not open.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the Globalizations Descriptive Flexfield to open up in the Invoice Workbench, when entering a prepayment.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables manager > Invoices > Entry
2. Choose Prepayment invoice type, and enter required information in all fields
3. Globalizations Descriptive Flexfield doesn't open
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create prepayment invoices with the required tax date information
