Symptoms
When a user account is updated the last_update_date and last_update_by columns in the FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_DIRECT table does not seem to commit.
When updating a record in the FNDSCAUS.fmb (Define User) form, saving, and exiting the form, the current information is saved in the Record History. However, upon re-entering the form and reviewing the information, the old values return.
