Information in this document applies to any platform.
On 11.5.10 in Production:
Cash Forecast does not include Recoverable Taxes on Purchase Orders.
Expect forecasted Inflows and Outflows to be complete
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Set up a VAT Tax Code - 100% Recoverable
Navigate - Setup - Tax - Codes.
2) Attach a VAT tax code to Item in Inventory:
Navigate - Master Items, Select Org.
Select any item that is flagged as Purchasable on the Purchasing Tab
And specify Yes for Taxable and Select Tax Code created at step 1
3) Enter a purchase order. Purchasing
Navigate - Purchase Orders - Purchase Orders.
Enter a purchase order for an item set up at step 2.
4) Create a cash forecast template that includes purchase orders.
5) Run cash forecast.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot accurately Forecast Cash.
