Is It Possible to Upload Budget Amounts with WebADI? (Doc ID 416966.1)

Goal

It is not possible to upload budget amounts using WebADI in Oracle Applications version 11.5.10, but it is possible in WebADI R12.
Bug 6011123  was raised to provide the same functionality in 11i through Budget Wizard.
