Customers Cannot See The "Note Details" In iSupport (Doc ID 417272.1)

Symptoms

The "Note Details" cannot be seen in  iSupport.
Only note description can be seen.

### Steps to Reproduce Problem ###

1. Add a Note and a Note detail to a Service Request
(in Customer Support responsibility Service Request form)
2. Go to the iSupport and open the SR from step 1
3. Go to the SR overview (where you see the notes)
5. You can't see the Note details
