Find the registration number is not showing on T4 as it should.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create element with registration # defined
2. Create a transaction for this element (Rpp box 20 ) and create a pension adjustment (Box 52) for same assignment
3. Run Federal YE preprocess, review results.
