Symptoms
When attempting to update rates for a grade ladder, the following error occurs:
ERROR
The page cannot be displayed.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Super HRMS Manager>Total Compensation>Total Compensation Setup Wizard
2. Select Grade/Step Progression
3. Enter Effective Date 01-Jan-2007
4. Click Go
5. Update ladder
6. Click Task 5 Rates
