Symptoms

On 11.5.10.25.38 in Production:

When attempting to enter Sale Order and go to the Line Item tab and enter an ATO Model, select the
configuration button, select options and then select the Finish button ,the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-ONT-251005 There were error(s) in processing your request

 

STEPS

1.  Log in to Order Management responsibility

2.  Navigate to Sales Orders

3.  Enter a new sales order

4.  Enter appropriate Header level information

5.  Navigate to Lines tab and enter an ATO or PTO model on the sales order line

6.  Click on the Configurator button

7.  Make appropriate selections and click on Finish button

8.  Error occurs
