Contact send in via integration showing as Involved Party Location without a location ID being visible (Doc ID 417883.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Client is having problems with some involved party contacts showing up as involved party locations
without any location ID being visible.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create a location with a contact. Save the record and then edit the contact and remove the
location. Now send in an involved party update to a order using this contact and it will show up
in the involved party location section of the screen instead of the involved party contact portion
of the screen.

-- Business Impact:
Users are unable to determine the contact associated with the order due to missing data.
