BSA status does not change to Active even after the activation date is reached (Doc ID 418059.1)

Status of the Blanket Sales Agreement ( BSA ) does not change to Active , even when system date is equal to or greater than the Activation Date of the BSA.

Expect the Blanket Status to change to "Active" when the activation date is reached.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Navigate to Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Blanket Sales Agreement -- Blanket Sales Agreement
3.Enter new agreement with an activation date greater than today > Submit Draft > status is Awaiting Start Date
