On importing the purchase orders with project information, the error PO_PDOI_INVALID_PROJECT occur.The error message is seen in the log file as follows :-

Steps To Reproduce
-------------------
1. Logon to Oracle Applications and Go to Purchasing Superuser Resp.
2.Import Standard Purchase Orders with Projects Data using PDOI
3. It errors out with the Error information provided above
