Rounding Factor can not be modified Error When Trying To Update Header of a Copied Price List (Doc ID 419233.1)

Symptoms

 

After changing the currency precision, then copying a Price List with that currency, when attempting to update the header of the copied price list, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Rounding Factor can not be modified

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change currency precision from -2 to -5.
2. Copy a price list for this currency (with Rounding of -2) to a new Price list
3. Try to change the comments field in copied price list.  Error is displayed.

The price list is Multi-Currency Conversion.

QP: Price Rounding = Enforce Currency Precision
QP: Unit Price Precision Type = Extended
