FORM:RCVRCERC.FMB - Enter Receipts
EXECUTABLE:RVCTP - Receiving Transaction Processor
Symptoms
New organization structure has been setup (operating unit, set of books).
Profile option MO: Operating Unit has been correctly set at responsibility level
When attempting to receive expense item through PO the following error occurs.
ERROR
RVTUQ-372: ORA-01403: no data found
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in RVTUQ. The SQL error is &LSQL_ERR.
Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the PO with item as Expense Item
2. Approve the PO
2. Do the Receiving through the Receipts Form RCVRCERC
3. On Receipts window Select the item and Save record.
Purchase Order was created and Receipt attempted using same Responsibility.
