Cannot Change Workorder Status to 'Released'

Workorder Status cannot be changed to 'Released' when the Workorder Scheduled End Date/Time equals the Operations Scheduled End Date/Time. The following error is encountered:
Please check if the work order (Work Order = &WORKORDER) scheduled dates encompass the operation and resource dates.
-- Steps to Reproduce:
(R) Advanced Service Online User
(N) Planning : Visit Work Package
1. Query a Visit (with Planned End Date 02-Feb-2007)
2. Navigate to the Screen workorder operations (with Schedule Workorder End Date 01-Feb-2007)
3. Screen Detail Operation:
All the operations associated to the workorder have the fields Schedule Start Date, Schedule End Date, Schedule Start Time and Schedule End Time Equal to the workorder fields.
4. When you put the Workorder in Released Status, the error appears
