last_logon_date column of table FND_USER does not get updated after enabling AS 10g integration with E-Business Suite (Doc ID 419717.1)

Symptoms

After enabling AS 10g Single Sign-on Integration with E-Business Suite 11i using Metalink <Note.233436.1> Installing Oracle Application Server 10g with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i, when users login through Single Sign-on using URL:

http://<HostName.Doamin:port>/oa_servlets/AppsLogin,

the fnd_user.last_logon_date field is not populated with the user's current login sysdate.

 

Changes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM: 
 
This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Integrate Oracle E-Business Suite 11i with Application Server 10g components using  Metalink <Note.233436.1> Installing Oracle Application Server 10g with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i

2. Login to E-Business Suite through Single Sign-on using URL

http://<HostName.Doamin:port>/oa_servlets/AppsLogin

3. After successful login, check the last_logon_date column of table FND_USER .It does not get updated with current date the user logs in.
