Claim - Retrieve Data from External System not processing after CU02 Install (Doc ID 419764.1)

Symptoms

After installing CU2 the WebConnect message for Damage Claim is not being processed correctly.

1. In Processing claim line items from external systems, the returned data is partially displayed, the weight information is missing on the selection screen.

2. Also, all the check boxes are selected by default.

3. On trying to process further, regardless of whether the check boxes are selected or not, no data is transferred to the claim lines.
