Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to enter a price on order line

the following error occurs.

ERROR
APP-ONT-250271: Online discounting is not allowed; zero or no List Price

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter sales order header
2. Enter sales order line
