Symptoms

When trying to connect to Oracle Applications in an environment using a hardware load balancer (for instance with BIG-IP device) it fails with error:

"FRM-92050: Failed to connect to the Server:/forms/formservlet:-1"

Direct access through 'http://<host.domain>:port/dev60cgi/f60cgi' url (thus by-passing load balancer) is still possible.
