The Partner Program owner is inactive. In order to change the ownership of Partner Program, user clicks on LOV but the following error is encountered:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Oracle Applications
- Responsibility - Channel Manager
- Navigation - Partner Programs > Planning > Main
