Clicking on the Order Number in Sales Online appears to hang

On 11.5.10 in Production:
The system appears to hang and takes about 5-10 minutes to display the order after clicking on the Order Number link within Sales Online in the 360 view link
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Select the Field Sales responsibility
- Query by Customer
- Choose the Customer Tab
- Select the "360" view link
- Select the "Orders" link
When the orders list, press an Order Number (1st column). It hangs and takes 5-10 minutes to display the order.
