Clicking on the Order Number in Sales Online appears to hang (Doc ID 420766.1)

On 11.5.10 in Production:

The system appears to hang and takes about 5-10 minutes to display the order after clicking on the Order Number link within Sales Online in the 360 view link

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Select the Field Sales responsibility
  2. Query by Customer
  3. Choose the Customer Tab
  4. Select the "360" view link
  5. Select the "Orders" link

When the orders list, press an Order Number (1st column).  It hangs and takes 5-10 minutes to display the order.
