Unable to access EBS help content via UPK (Doc ID 421110.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 with UPK 2.7.2, after uploading UPK Content to a separate (non-EBS) Oracle iAS
Server, when the Oracle Help icon from Oracle EBS Instance is clicked, it displays two zones:
- the Top Zone displays the url for UPK Content and this can be accessed
- the Bottom zone should display the Oracle Applications Online Help but this displays the error:
Page Not Found

Accessing the UPK Content from a separate URL works. Also accessing:
http://<UPK node>.<domain>:<port>/content/ORACLE/hemi/odhelp.html works with no dbc file specified

Link the UPK Content URL with Oracle Help File in an Oracle EBusiness Suite Instance as described
in the UPK manual.
Login to EBS
Click on the help link
Observe the help screen displayed

Users are not able to see both the UPK and standard help which is impacting training.
