Symptoms
In Oracle E-Business suite (EBS), custom landscape reports in PDF format, such as BI Publisher reports, print in portrait orientation with text truncated on the right hand side.
The Postscript Pasta debug file (pasta.out) produced by the pre-processing third party software tool is displayed in the Ghostview Postscript viewer as a truncated portrait file, however. The PDF file produced by Oracle EBS is displayed in the Adobe Acrobat Reader as a successful landscape file.
