The purpose of this document is to facilitate troubleshooting issues regarding Pending Close Status for Claims.
After a claim is approved, the claim status appears as Pending Close if the settlement process is not automated in real time, but requires some process to finish the claim processing.
Pending Close Claims might be waiting for the appropriate next step to be executed to be moved to Closed Status or it might be stuck with an error in one of the following processes:
OZF: Claims Settlement Workflow
Import Programs like Autoinvoice or Payables Import
Claims Settlement Fetcher Program.
In order to determine the status of the Pending Close Claims and move it to Closed status, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
