Tax Amount Not Calculating When Changing Tax Code On Sales Order Line And Doing Action>Calculate Tax (Doc ID 421642.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:
When changing the tax code on the line and recalculating tax via action->Calculate Tax function,
no tax value is returned.The tax calculation for tax code is setup in AR and its taxable basis is pl/sql function.While this pl/sql function calculates tax fine in AR, the tax calculation returns no value when
used in Order Management.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect is if the tax is calculated from AR then it should be calculated from Order Management.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Enter an order with one order line, Save.
2.Change the tax code on the order line.
3.Place the cursor on the line and choose action->Calculate Tax.

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to implement a tax code whose calculation method is pl/sq.
