Goal
How to edit the header information in the CUSTOM.pll and how to recompile it?
If the header information in the CUSTOM.pll is not proper user may get the following error message, when compiling the CUSTOM.pll or when using AD Administration:
"Either has No Version or Unknown error(-4)"
