11i: iStore - Customer Care Email Not Populating In Notification Email (Doc ID 421872.1)

When an order is placed through iStore, there is a confirmation notification sent to the user.

The last part of the email body is as follows:
IMPORTANT: Do not reply to this mail. If you need to contact us, send
an e-mail to [Customer care email id]
Thank you again for shopping at the Store. If you have opted to fax in
your credit card or PO, or you have indicated you are tax exempt, please
fax the order confirmation page and requisite documents to [Fax number].
