How to solve an Apache 404 Error when trying to add an Acessorial Cost to the Rate Basis (Doc ID 421971.1)

Symptoms

An Apache/Tomcat error page is displayed when clicking on 'new' option for Value for Accessorial
Cost setup:

HTTP Status 404 - /GC3/undefined/1169205457278

Apache Tomcat/5.5.16

This happens when you do the following:

1. Click on Contract Rate & Management -> Power Data -> Rates and Codes ->
Accessorial Costs -> Search ->
2. Select any and edit it.
3. Under 'Basis' select 'Line Item Hazmat Item ID', select operator '=' and
for Value click on 'n'.
