When attempting to access the Benefits Service Center form,the following error occurs:
ORA-01403 no data found.
FRM-40735 WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to US Super HRMS Manager Responsibility.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center.
3. Select date track option and receive the APP-FND-01388 error. The form thus hangs.
