Error While Trying to Update Lot Control From 'No Control' To 'Full Control' (Doc ID 422185.1)

When attempting to change the Lot control attribute from "No Control" to "Full Control" for specific item , the following error occurs:

"There are pending Cycle Count Entries or Physical Inventory Adjustments for this item. Please process these before changing the Attribute."

The problematic item has no No physical inventory and no cycle count transactions.
