How to change the user password in E-Business Suite when the Applications SSO Login Types = Both
Because in this case the user is not allowed to change password because the provided
password does not match the one in FND_USER. When the passwords between FND_USER and OID are out of sync, and they will be out of sync because passwords in OID are not provisioned back to
E-Business Suite, the user is not allowed to change his/her password in Home -> Preferences
because it does not match the one in FND_USER.
