Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2:
When attempting to export lines in the Quick Sales Order form (using a custom folder),
the following error occurs.
ERROR
FRM-40733: PL/SQL built-in SET_GROUP_CHAR_CELL failed.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Orders, Returns > Quick Order Organizer
3. Query sales order
4. Navigate to the lines and open the custom folder
5. File > Export
6. Results in Error:
FRM-40733: PL/SQL built-in SET_GROUP_CHAR_CELL failed.
Click OK
Error repeats 35 times (clicking OK each time) > then the file is finally exported.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export lines when using the custom folder.
