HR DBI Dashboard Shows Data Cannot be Displayed Due to Security Privileges For a Particular User (Doc ID 423070.1)

Symptoms


Two Users assigned to same person record, User 1 can see data in dashboards and User 2 cannot see data.

Manager LOV shows Unassigned for User 2 and also has the following error in all portlet:

ERROR
Data Cannot be Displayed Due to security privileges

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a FND user
2. Attach 2 people (manager) to the user id
3. Assign the Daily HR Intelligence responsibility to the person
4. Login to the application using the user id
5. Open the HR Overview dashboard
6. Notice the error
