You want to concentrate all you OLM catalog in one business group, but the employees belonging to other different business groups should be able to enroll themselves on the class.

Let's take an example for a clearer explanation :

The full OLM catalog is under one business group: OLM Catalog BG

The employees belong to separate Business Groups : HR Employees Asia , HR Employees America, HR Employees Europe.

How to make all the hierachies visible by the administrator to manage the learner access ?
