Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to create a vacancy in iRecruitment, selecting the List of Values (LOV) of the
Skills field contains no values. In HR, skills and competencies have been defined.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the LOV to contain the values currently set up in Human Resources.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iRecruitment Manager
2. Create Vacancy > Select Skill Field
3. Skill Field contains no values in the LOV
