Symptoms

PCP failover takes 30 minutes for this entire failover process .

The following parameters have been set to OAM / SiteMap / Monitoring / Internal Concurrent Manager Link /  "View Status" / "Edit ICM Runtime Parameters", but the issue still occurs :

Sleep Interval   : 20 seconds
Process Monitoring Cycle  Every 1 Sleep Interval(s)
Queue Sizing Cycle  Every 1 Process Monitoring Cycle
