Goal

After customers have integrated 10gAS 10.1.4 to 11i using Build 4.0:

During provisioning of users from OID to APPS, Users are automatically granted "Preferences SSWA" Responsibility.

Some customers do not want to grant any responsibility to new users.

How to disable granting "Preferences SSWA" responsibility?
