Goal
After applying <patch 5233248>, on the definition form of "SLA Pre-Upgrade Program" concurrent
program, the Enable checkbox is not checked.
How to run the "SLA Pre-Upgrade Program" to change the default upgrade periods to all periods for all ledgers; which responsibility, what is the navigation path, etc.
